Frequently Asked Questions
Is Potty Independence required?
Yes. To ensure a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment for all children, The Learning Treehouse requires that children be fully potty independent before enrollment. This means children are able to recognize when they need to use the restroom, manage clothing independently, use the toilet, and wash their hands without assistance.
What should my child bring?
Your child will need 1 snack, a full change of seasonally appropriate clothing, and a reusable water bottle.
You follow Dare County School academic calendar, but do you offer care when Dare County Schools are closed?
Yes! We do offer camps for school breaks such as Spring Break, Winter Break, and summer camp. During closures due to inclement weather we will open IF we see fit and safe for staff and families.
How can we pay?
You can pay cash, check, or credit card, in person or online on our website.
